We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join us at Zoop Recruitment.

Open to both experienced professionals and individuals looking to start their career in sales, the New Business Manager will be part of an energetic team.

You will be making B2B outbound calls, emails and messages and be in control of our social media activity to gather new leads and secure appointments for our Recruitment consultants.

This role is is open to someone either Full time or part time with the potential to choose your own hours.

The successful candidate will be competitive, jovial and passionate about achieving set targets whilst being resilient. They will be highly organised in managing opportunities and have experience in getting through to the decision maker and securing legitimate appointments.

Full training will be provided on our sectors of work. However, any experience within a new business position or the recruitment sector would be beneficial.

  • Must make a minimum amount of reach outs a day
  • Contact prospective clients to promote our services
  • Re-engage with existing and past clients
  • Respond to incoming queries
  • Secure legitimate appointments
  • Organise and take responsibility for opportunities on our CRM system to ensure a seamless handover to our consultants team
