About the Role
As the face of our showroom, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive a warm welcome and a seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate department (Service or Sales).
- Making drinks and offering fika to our customers to enhance their visit.
- Answering and handling telephone calls via the switchboard, ensuring efficient routing to the relevant team.
- Providing a friendly and professional first impression.
This role requires someone with a genuine passion for outstanding customer service and a commitment to delighting our customers every time they visit.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 08:30–18:00
