Setter/operatives for the Emmeci box making machine.

Job Overview:

We are seeking experienced Setter/Operatives with expertise in operating Emmeci box-making machines and board/paper die-cutting machines, including Bobst, Young Shin, and Heidelberg Cylinder models. The role involves overseeing the production of high-quality packaging materials, ensuring optimal machine performance, and maintaining production efficiency while adhering to safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

– Machine Operation & Setup.

– Set up and operate Emmeci box-making machines and die-cutting equipment (Bobst, Young Shin, Heidelberg Cylinder).

– Adjust machine settings to accommodate specific job requirements, including material type, thickness, and design.

– Conduct pre-production checks to ensure materials and dies meet quality standards.

Production Management:

– Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and accuracy.

– Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues promptly to minimize downtime.

– Perform regular quality checks to ensure finished products meet client specifications.

Experience:

– Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Emmeci box-making machines and/or board/paper die-cutting machines (Bobst, Young Shin, Heidelberg Cylinder).

– Strong understanding of the packaging industry and high-precision production environments.
