Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Engage with customers to understand their vehicle issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Appointment Management: Efficiently schedule service appointments and manage the service queue.
  • Technical Expertise: Utilize your mechanical knowledge to explain technical information clearly and confidently.
  • Financial Handling: Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain detailed financial records.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction by recommending additional services or products.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous customer service experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
  • Mechanical Skills: Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Sales Ability: Ability to identify customer needs and upsell services or products.
