Senior Sous Chef

Exceptional Senior Sous Chef required to join a busy pub that prides itself on producing great quality pub classics.

From fantastic steaks, Burgers and Fish and Chips to some lovely seasonal specials.

This pub is part of a small group who are expanding sustainably.

The role is located with great transport links by train or by car and the company offer unique benefits.

We are looking for someone to work hand in hand with the Head chef

This wonderful pub/restaurant offers a great range of dining choice served consistently and to a high standard.

​The ideal candidate must be trained in professional cookery to a high standard and offer a dedicated approach to assisting in the running of a busy food operation. This key role in the business is for someone who can handle being part of a focused kitchen.

About the Chef we are seeking….

• Offer suggestions and ideas.
• Be the hands on the plate and on stove ensuring that everyone’s dining experience is first class
• Have the relevant speed and accuracy to deliver quality food.
• Help oversee and supervise kitchen staff.
• Assist with menu planning, inventory and management of supplies.
• Oversee the maintenance of key kitchen appliances and equipment with kitchen assistants.
• Attention to detail and have a passion for taste testing food.
• Someone who thrives in a dynamic and creative environment.
• Someone who can push the rest of the team forward by inspiring.
