Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by coordinating sales activities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring smooth communication between various teams. This position requires excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage diaries efficiently to ensure smooth scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Generate and send quotations
  • Follow up with potential clients via phone calls and emails.
  • Reschedule appointments where required
  • Update and maintain our CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Track the sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the team.
  • Monitor multiple inboxes and handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Send confirmation emails and Outlook invites for appointments.
  • Prepare and send quotes to clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Compile and distribute daily ‘to do’ lists to team members.
  • Proactively chase the sales team for updates and provide necessary support.
  • Assist the Managing Director with various tasks and send reminders as needed.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is advantageous.

Hours of work – Monday to Friday. 9am – 5pm.

Full training and support will be provided.
