We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to come and be part of a great team at our clients amazing Hotel in Wokingham.

The venue

The venue is a beautiful Country House Hotel set in the idylic Berkshire countryside in WOKINGHAM and is just an hour outside London. This magnificent Victorian Mansion Hotel is perfect for weddings and special events & for a variety of corporate conferences, meetings, training workshops & team away days.

The Requirements
  • Previous experience in a Reception role.
  • Confidence to open or close shifts and take payments
  • Polite and professional verbal and written communication skills and a good telephone manner.
  • Good IT skills and a competent user of Microsoft Office.
  • A high standard of personal presentation.
  • Previous exposure to hotel online booking platforms would be advantageous.
  • Excellent customer service skills with confident and compassionate when dealing with complaints.
  • A calm and well organised approach to often competing work priorities with good attention to detail.
  • Your own reliable transport to the Wokingham area is essential.
