This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Hotel Reception Manager to join our clients\’ amazing Front of House Team in Wokingham.
The venue is a beautiful Country House Hotel set in the idyllic Berkshire countryside just an hour outside London. This magnificent Victorian Mansion Hotel is perfect for weddings and special events & for a variety of corporate conferences, meetings, training workshops & team away days.
- Previous experience in a Reception or Front Office Management position in a similar size property with multiple outlets
- Confidence to open or close shifts and take payments
- Experience of managing teams
- Polite and professional verbal and written communication skills and a good telephone manner.
- Good IT skills and a competent user of Microsoft Office.
- A high standard of personal presentation.
- Previous exposure to hotel online booking platforms would be advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills with confident and compassionate when dealing with complaints.
- A calm and well organised approach to often competing work priorities with good attention to detail.
- Your own reliable transport to the Bracknell area is essential.
