We are looking for a talented Email Marketing and CRM Executive with experience of a high-end CRM system to take the lead in managing our email marketing campaigns to effectively communicate with our subscribers. Your main duties will include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, creating automated email workflows, managing our CRM and marketing lists, and creating newsletters and e-commerce emails across our core businesses.

As our Email Marketing and CRM Executive your role will be to reach customers through email campaigns and inform them about new products, events and news updates.

Ultimately, you should be able to promote our brand and ensure our customers stay in touch with our latest offerings.

Responsibilities:
  • The planning, A/B testing, scheduling and analysis of email campaigns
  • Building of responsive HTML email templates
  • Design and implementation of email marketing campaigns
  • The analysis of data and KPIs for individual campaigns in order to make data-driven decisions for future campaigns
  • A/B testing for campaign optimisation
  • Segmentation of audiences based on specific criteria including online behaviour, product interest, and previous purchase history
  • Proofreading of emails for clarity, grammar and spelling
  • Regular writing of newsletters that cover company updates
  • Continuous upgrading of our email templates utilising graphics, personalisation and advanced features
  • Ensure relevant and tailored communication with subscribers via email to minimise unsubscribes
  • The generation of ideas to encourage new email subscribers and grow our email database with relevant contacts
  • Report on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
  • Ensure emails follow industry policies and best practices
Requirements and skills:
  • Proven experience in delivering effective email campaigns
  • Experience in building HTML email templates
  • Hands on experience with a CRM system (Hubspot preferred)
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and the ability to report on the effectiveness of the delivered email campaign
  • Excellent written communication and copywriting skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong commercial awareness
  • An ability to work as part of a wider marketing team
  • An ability to work under tight deadlines
