Job description
We are looking for a JUNIOR SOUS CHEF who loves working in a fresh food, creative space!
The ideal candidate will come from a background of homemade food, the only item not made on this menu is the bread!
The kitchen is small but offers a great area to continue to learn your craft.
The ideal candidate will be trained in professional cookery to a minimum of level 2.
About the Chef we are seeking….
- We are seeking a chef who can produce food with passion and enjoys creating mouth watering specials.
- A Chef who holds the hotplate together and produces fantastic quality dishes.
- Supportive of company objectives and a passion to work with senior management for the good of the business.
- We are looking for someone who enjoys being in the kitchen and likes to develop dishes.

- A professional chef who has a solid C.V.
