General Foreman

We are seeking a Workshop Manager to oversee our workshop operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and ensuring the smooth running of the workshop.

Main Duties

– Supervise workshop staff and allocate tasks effectively

– Maintain workshop equipment and ensure they are in good working order

– Utilise knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues

– Oversee Production of products

– Interpret schematics for equipment repairs

– Provide excellent customer service to clients

– Handle heavy lifting when necessary

Requirements

– Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools

– Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to work with various equipment

– Experience in equipment repair and maintenance

– Ability to lift heavy objects as required
