Job Summary:

As a Senior Energy Consultant, you will be driven and motivated by targets and have the ambition to regularly exceed expectations. Proven sales experience is required for the role.

You will play an important role in generating new business through outbound sales calls to deliver customers potential benefits of reviewing their energy contracts. You will build your own portfolio which you will be responsible for maintaining/growing.

What you’ll do:

  • Help businesses to save money on their utilities.
  • Build and manage a customer base from our qualified prospect data.
  • Develop excellent customer relationships, making sure you retain what you win.
  • Take full ownership of issues, finding creative solutions and helping us to continuously improve.

Location:

Our client is office based in Central Leicester which is the best way to keep up the vibrant and diverse culture.

About You:

  • 3 – 5 Years B2B Experience
  • We’re looking for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced call center environment, handling over 100 calls per day.
  • Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills.
  • Proven relationship builder, with the ability to sell, objection handle and close.
  • Self-motivated, able to remain positive and focused when under pressure.
  • Motivated to hit sales targets and make money.
  • Team player who can inspire and motivate those around them.

Pay: £33,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Bonus scheme
