Job description

We are seeking 2 qualified electricians to work on social housing EICR contracts located in the North East.

Position: Electrician

Price Work – Average earnings £3,900-£5,200 PCM for current engineers

Location: North East

Duties and responsibilities

Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing.
Engage with residents in a customer-facing capacity.
Collaborate effectively with schedulers and management.
Use an electronic PDA to complete certificates and job cards.

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in social housing electrical projects.
Relevant qualifications including the 18th edition, NVQ3.
Possession or working towards C&G2391.
Proficient in working both individually and as part of a team.
Computer literacy, particularly with MS Office programmes and email.
Proficient in identifying and repairing issues on a domestic EICR.
UK driving licence required.

Experience:

3 years’ experience in electrical.
