The Role
Our client is looking for an inspirational Design Manager with a sharp eye for detail and an expansive construction technology expertise to join our expanding team at this exciting time. The ideal candidate shall have experience in the commercial and industrial sectors, delivering schemes of up to £20m in value, and an excellent design background with a proven track record. As Design Manager, you will be responsible for the life cycle of your project from delivery through to use and aftercare. As a key project team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the clients requirements are achieved at all times through the design process, coordinating with the designers, project team and client to ensure a successful and hassle-free project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience
- Industrial Surveying experience required
- A relevant degree or Higher Education qualification
- Ideally experience or knowledge of the building and construction industry
- Architectural or Structural background desired
- Fantastic Design skills with proven track record
- CSCS Card
- Methodical and organised
- Attentive to detail
- Good I.T skills
- Excellent people skills
- Fantastic time management
- Excellent delivery record
- Longevity of service with a previous employer
