Barista/Supervisor

The ideal candidate will be reliable, friendly, and be able to provide excellent customer service.

Candidates must be comfortable working with people of all ages in a fast-paced environment.

This is a customer facing role, so you need to be confident, presentable and have a can-do attitude. You must be experienced in making coffee’s and able to work in a team and on your own.

The role will include: Making coffees, till work, delivering food, clearing tables, general cleaning, taking payments, cash handling and other duties.

About You…

• Have previous experience working as a Barista
• Be passionate about creating fantastic coffees with the ability to advise and recommend to customers.
• Have flair, charisma and charm with the ability to provide the highest levels of service.
• Be well presented, attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the customer.
• An excellent team player with exceptional communication skills.
• Must have right to work in UK.

About The Role…

• Welcoming customers and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing foods, grinding and blending coffee beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items.
• Packaging food and beverages for sale.
• Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas, emptying rubbish and sanitizing equipment and utensils.
• Learning about brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food quality.
• Updating signage and displays to attract customers.
• Working as part of a fun team.
• Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.

Barista Requirements…

• Experience in food and beverage preparation.
• Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation.
• Exceptional listening and communication skills.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work around peak hours, including weekends, and holidays.
• A polite, engaging personality.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
• Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment.
