We are looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant for our client in Isham.

Our client is a small and successful business which takes great pride in designing, manufacturing and installing innovative shop displays for leading UK retailers nationwide!

We have an exciting opening for an experienced Accounts Administrator. This is a full-time permanent position based in Isham, Kettering.

Job Description:

Working closely with our Accounts Manager, your day to day tasks will be:

  • Inputting and processing purchase invoices
  • Assisting with month end processes
  • Assisting with supplier account reconciliation
  • Updating client accounts
  • Resolving client queries
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative duties
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Being proactive with ideas to improve cash flow management
The Ideal Accounts Administrator Candidate:
  • You must have experience in and be able to use SAGE 50
  • AAT Qualified
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Great communication skills verbal and written
  • Positive attitude
  • Payroll experience
  • Ability to work within time constraints and deadlines.

Pay: £10.00 – £13.00 per hour depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday – 8am to 5pm

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Isham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)


  • Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
  • Sage: 1 year (required)
